Blueberry Coconut Energy Smoothie Recipe

Servings : 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  •     1 cup ice
  •     1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  •     1/4 cup Greek yogurt any flavor, I used plain
  •     1/3 refrigerated coconut milk I used vanilla
  •     1/4 blueberry pomegranate juice or similiar
  •     2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
  •     additional Coconut flakes for garnish optional


Instructions


  1.  In a Vitamix or other blender combine ingredients in the order listed except for the coconut for garnish. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  2.  Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
